Please familiarize yourself with our Lifetime Guarantee guidelines and the criteria for a repair or replacement to be covered by our Lifetime Guarantee Warranty.

Upon assessment, AIDAN will determine if the defect falls under the guarantee. If eligible, we will proceed to repair or replace the product, covering all associated costs, including the return shipment.
