Unless specified otherwise for certain special promotions, you have the right to return any product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, provided it's in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Please be aware that certain items, like luggage tags, cannot be returned if they've been hot-stamped, bought individually, or acquired alongside a suitcase.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at and be sure to include your order number. Please note, all customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product/s back to our distribution center

The 30-day returns policy does not cover the following scenarios:
  1. Used items: Products must remain unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
  2. Personalized items: These bespoke items are ineligible for return or exchange.
  3. Previous return: Items may only be returned once per order.
  4. Bulk purchases: If 10 or more individual items were ordered, or if over 50 items were purchased within a 6-month period, the returns policy is not applicable. This applies to both individual and corporate customers.

Excluded promotional items: Orders made during promotions where terms and conditions specify exclusion from the returns policy are not covered


Please be advised that there may be a processing period of 10 to 14 days from the receipt of the returned items to the reimbursement of the purchase price. Upon receiving your return shipment, we will notify you via email confirming the receipt of the merchandise and the amount to be credited to your account or credit card.

If there is a discrepancy between the recipient of the merchandise indicated in the order and the purchaser, the reimbursement will be issued to the original purchaser and the holder of the credit card or account used for the transaction. The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase, and any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be covered.
